Each one of
us is born with the natural instinct to worship God alone.
This has been the case for all the descendants of Adam. This is as it should be since we are each a part
of Him. Once the human is born, he or she is
exposed to the traditions and rituals imposed by the parents and communities. The individual, seeing his whole community do the
same thing, does not question it and accepts it completely.
Looking back
into history, it seems obvious that we the humans have created religions to serve our own
purposes and egos, and have completely buried our true natural instinct. We have forgotten to question and thus failed to
correct the faulty ways of our communities.
We are one
congregation, God's congregation. Let us
realize this fact by using our common sense and worship Him alone - together.
In the New
Unger's Bible Handbook we find the following quote: "'Me Bible was given to bear
witness to the one God, Creator and Sustainer of the Universe......
From the
Quran (2:62):
Surely, those who believe, those who
are Jewish, the Christians, and the converts; anyone who (1) believes in God, (2) and the Last Day, and (3) leads a righteous
life, will receive their recompense for their Lord. They
have nothing to fear, nor will they grieve.
(Quran, 2:62)
